I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist in Portland, Oregon and I'm so glad you're here. My passion lies in helping my patients unravel complex health puzzles, especially when it comes to stubborn digestive issues and skin conditions.

I completed a year of residency working directly with the renowned Dr. Ilana Gurevich, ND LAc. Under her mentorship, I've deepened my expertise in complex functional gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. This experience has sharpened my ability to find the root causes of conditions like SIBO, IBS, and IBD, and to create truly personalized plans for healing.

My approach is built on a simple belief: your body has a profound, innate wisdom to heal itself. My role is to listen deeply, identify the obstacles to your wellness, and provide the support your body needs. To do this, I draw from a wide range of tools—from modern diagnostic testing and targeted nutrient therapy to the gentle, nervous-system-regulating techniques of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Acupuncture.

I also have a special focus on the gut-skin connection. As a licensed esthetician and naturopath, I understand skin health from both an internal and external perspective. My goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable in your skin, from the inside out.

When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me cooking meals at home, practicing yoga, rock climbing, backpacking in the Oregon wilderness, dancing as a form of medicine, or hanging out with my cat Odis.
